IS IT PROPER IN LIGHT OF POPULATION GROWTH?

Some may argue that what I'm proposing is not right, moral, or sensible in light of the expanding human population. Paradoxically, I am, in spite of the pro-natal nature of what I suggest, a contributing member of a number of environmental and population-control organizations, including NPG - that is, NEGATIVE Population Growth.

The justification that I will give, here, for my actions is that for those of you participating with me in this, fertility rates would be at or not much higher than the replacement level rate. And it is in births per woman where the rubber really meets the road in terms of fertility. So, in the circumstances proposed, the overall fertility rate would not be exceptionally high, at least in the first generation.

Anyway, I guess I'll try to establish and follow the course I'm setting forth in this presentation in the hope that the long-range benefits of this course outweigh the costs for human society.
