From
dictionary.com:
muggins,
n : a person who lacks good judgment [syn: fool, sap, saphead, tomfool].
I originally picked up this moniker from Elizabeth Winthrop's
Castle in the Attic. It is
an assumed name which the main character goes by in order to infiltrate
a castle. At the time, I didn't know that the word actually had a
meaning.
I began using the name online a few years ago in my mud,
the Dark Tower, so that I could
play as a mortal without being recognized as the owner of the game.
Now you may ask, who am I actually?
Good question. I think I am still trying to figure that one out.
